Our expert team can also alter any of the standard Granny Flat designs to suit the specifics of your lot and the existing dwelling instead of squeezing a standard granny flat design onto your property.

Step 2

APPROVE

Transform Building will prepare and lodge all the necessary DA and CDC applications necessary for the approval of your granny flat with a 4 week guarantee!

Step 3

CONSTRUCT

Transform building guarantee a 12 week build time* using only licensed tradesmen and contractors ensuring your build will be of the highest quality, built on time and within budget.
